Payment

Payment for sessions are due before or at the time of your counseling session. Payment methods are cash; check, made payable to Distinctive Pathways, LLC; or through PayPal at PayPal.Me/DistinctivePathways.

Insurance: At this time the following insurance plans are accepted: Ambetter, BCBSTX, Cigna, ComPsych, Lyra Health, Medicare, Multiplan, Optum, Superior, Traditional Medicaid, United Healthcare. For other services, however a Super Bill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. When payments from insurance are accepted this fee and policy statement will be updated. Also, please note that your insurance provider may not reimburse the full amount or at all for some services. It will be your responsibility to see what they will and will not cover.
